Data Deletion

There are two levels of removal, depending on what you want gone: a single connected platform, or your whole account.

Disconnect a platform

Open Social Media or Calendar in the app and disconnect Facebook, Instagram or Google Calendar. This deletes the stored access token from our database immediately — the app can no longer read from or publish to that account. Removing eddivo from your Facebook or Google account settings directly has the same effect on our side: the token stops working the next time we try to use it.

This does not delete anything already published — a post that went out to your Page or Instagram is now a normal post on that platform, managed there like any other.

Delete your account

To delete your account and everything tied to it — brand profile, events, uploaded media, generated posts and any connected-platform tokens — email privacy@dokport.dk from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We'll confirm by email once it's done, normally within a few days.

We handle this by request rather than a self-serve button today, precisely so a request gets a human reading it rather than a silent automated pass — this is a small, single-developer project, not a large platform.
